Wow, oh wow the last two months have been cray and now it is the middle of October 2025!

Deep Breath In... now out...

Step Back and Reflect:

Before we try to "fix" burnout, pause to understand what's really happening.

  • Ask yourself: what parts of my work use to excite me -- and what feels heavy now?
  • Journal or voice-record (use your phone) your thoughts without censoring.
  • Identify whether your fatigue comes from overwork, creative stagnation, lack of recognition, or misalignment between what we create and what we value.

Sometimes passion hasn't disappeared -- it's just buried under fatigue or unmet creative needs, doings.
